Hamarin Sailors are organizing a free screening of the documentary film Women & the Wind, which takes viewers on an unforgettable sailing journey across the North Atlantic.
Women & the Wind – A documentary about the sea and humanity's connection
Three brave women – Kiana Weltzien, Alizé Jireh, and Lærke Heilmann – sail with the 50-year-old wooden catamaran Mara Noka, following the path of plastic waste across the Atlantic. The journey not only raises environmental awareness but also offers a deep exploration of femininity, nature, and inner development. The film is visually powerful, stirring emotions and reflections on the relationship between humans and nature.
