Rent A Space

The Lybeck Hall is the most traditional of the halls. Events on stage can be viewed from a raised stand. The stand has removable furniture, which allows the space to be adapted to the needs and audience size of each event.

The space can accommodate a maximum of 100 people, but it can also be made to look crowded for events with, for example, 30 people by placing serving tables between the rows of chairs.

The hall has a high-quality video projector and a large screen. The stage has 4 color LED spots and two white front lights with an easy-to-use light mixer. The use of the lights is included in the rental. If you wish, you can bring your own sound system or rent it from Porvoo Jazz Festival ry.

Hall two is the only one of the halls in Vanha 123 that does not have a raised auditorium. Instead, the hall has three different levels where you can organize private events or meetings in an atmospheric way. The hall levels have also been used for, among other things, theater performances, where the two uppermost levels serve as a theater stage and the lowest as an auditorium.

The hall has a Hue lighting system, the tint and brightness of which can be controlled according to the nature of the event.

Hall 3 of the Vanha 123 is the smallest and most intimate of the spaces and is used especially for atmospheric club-like evenings, such as Porvoo Jazz Clubs. The space has two options for placing the stage, a traditional low-level stage where the audience traditionally rises above the stage, or a central stage where the audience can be built intimately around the stage.

The hall has 5 color LED spots that can be controlled using a simple light table. The use of the lights is included in the rental. If you wish, you can bring your own sound system or rent it from Porvoo Jazz Festival ry.
