All premises are licensed to serve alcohol. Food and drinks are provided by Aatos Café. The price includes access to the premises. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the premises and returning the furniture to the same condition as at the start of the lease. If the space is not returned in the agreed condition, the cleaning service will be charged separately at 50€/h + VAT 25.5%.
